SHIPPING & RETURNS
We do our very best to get your ordered product to you as fast as possible in the best way possible. If there is anything that you are not happy with when you received your ordered product please contact us so we can discuss the options together. We want a happy customer, therefore we believe in good communication.
The shipping time is based on your location and an estimate is given to us by our shipping partner Royal Dutch Post. The estimates for The Netherlands are 1-3 business days, for Europe 3-6 business days and for the rest of the world 6-14 business day’s. Shipping time is something we unfortunately do not have completely within our control. We cannot be held responsible for any delay and/or damage caused by the shipping partner due to delay and too late arrival of a package. You will be sent an email message as soon as the package is picked up at our location.
When you checkout after you have completed your choice, you will possibly get an option for shipping depending on the country you live in. These can be “Standard” or with “Track & Trace”. With “Track & Trace” you will receive a code with your shipping confirmation with which you can follow your package and see and keep track of the actual delivery date.
These are costs that the customs may charge you depending on the value of the package and your country of origin. We cannot ship our products with the term “gift” or with a lower value than on the invoice.
You have the right to return the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the product has not been used and is not damaged. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning an item and if you are willing to provide us with a reason, so we can learn from it and improve our products and service even more. To be able to return your product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and shipping box where possible. Please do not send your purchase back to any other address then ours found at the contact page. Products that you return can be exchanged for other products from our shop, or will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the returned product and complies to the regulations of non-use and undamaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also the new shipping costs when you exchange products will be for your responsibility, and could be higher or lower according to weight and size of the “new” package.
DAMAGED OR BROKEN GOODS
Damaged or broken goods will always be replaced by an identical product, unless otherwise requested upon you specifically. Please send us a picture of the damage or broken product so we can directly contact the shipping company. A new product will be sent to you after you’ve sent us the product back and we’ve received it in our possession. Costs that are involved in returning a broken product will be refunded within 30 days after we have the product back in our possession, or if these costs are confirm to our shipping costs be deducted from the “new” shipping costs sending the exchanged product back to you. In this way you will always pay your shipping costs 1 time only .
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, items that are on sale are excluded form these conditions.
